We were founded in 2016 by our founder and CEO, Mick O’Dwyer. As a water & wastewater engineer at Dublin City Council (Ireland), Mick saw first hand how manual, paper-based and inefficient compliance programs can be. He created SwiftComply to fix this problem with modern, collaborative technology.

About the role

• Our mission at SwiftComply is to protect public health and the environment by revolutionizing how water utilities provide safe drinking and wastewater services through a unified water platform. If you're an experienced SaaS implementation professional passionate about making an impact, this role is for you!
• As an Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for leading successful customer deployments on time, on budget, and of high quality. You will work for a quickly growing, mission-driven organization. And, you will help local governments and utilities be better stewards of their constituents, their regulatory compliance programs, and the environment.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and onboarding
• Consult with customers on workflow, configuration requirements, best practices, data mapping, and data integrity
• Manage customer expectations and commitments around timeline, resourcing, and project scope
• Lead customer training sessions to drive deep adoption and value recognition by the customer
• Collaborate with technical staff to ensure system configuration and data load activities are seamlessly delivered
• Work cross-functionally across the customer journey, ensuring proper handoffs with Sales and Customer Success
• Track and measure performance against business metrics and KPIs, such as billable utilization, project scope and budget, and customer satisfaction

Who you are 

We are looking for candidates who:

• You have 2+ years of experience in formal implementation and professional services organizations
• You lead with patience and empathy and meet the customer where they are
• You understand how to manage customer expectations, scope, budget, and timeline
• You understand how to translate high-level customer requirements into actionable workflow and configuration
• You have a fundamental understanding of basic database concepts and ETL tooling
• You carry a Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in a technical or business-related field
• Have a customer-service mindset, ensuring customers receive a best-in-class implementation experience
• Are proactive and detail-oriented with a high degree of ownership and urgency
• Are comfortable working remotely
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-change, high-ownership, and high-accountability environment

Bonus points for:

• Experience in the local government, water utility, or regulatory compliance space (water, stormwater, FOG, and industrial pretreatment)
• Experience standardizing implementation processes, work breakdown structures, scoping and effort estimates, and PSA (professional services automation) tools
• Experience being a part of a company that has gone from $5-10M to $25M+ in annual revenue
