Requirements
  • Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience is required; external hires must have recent prior experience as a General Manager.
  • A valid driver's license is required for occasional shift coverage, liquor-license requirements where applicable, large catering deliveries, supply runs, local restaurant marketing, offsite training and business meetings, and travel between restaurant locations.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset is required.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicator and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization targets through strategic goal setting and local market expertise is required.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels to support their potential and professional growth is required.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cost of goods, financial controls, and profit and loss management is required.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, corporate software systems, third-party delivery platforms, inventory systems, and reservation systems is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the restaurant team toward excellence while fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, exceptional service, teamwork, and dedication.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, drive sales, ensure satisfaction, and use local market knowledge to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coach team members on upselling techniques.
  • Use financial analysis to support continuous improvement and respond to market trends.
  • Take responsibility for restaurant operations and use key performance indicators and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization targets to lead ongoing improvement initiatives and long-term growth.
  • Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking while leading initiatives focused on simplicity and effectiveness.
  • Develop management team members through leadership training and prepare them for future roles while maintaining culinary and hospitality standards.
  • Inspire and motivate the entire team by providing training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Desired Qualifications
