- Five or more years of software engineering experience with demonstrable delivery.
- Advanced Power Automate expertise, including HTTP actions, Graph or REST integration, custom connectors, solution packaging, and environment strategies.
- Solid Power Platform knowledge and development experience, including Power Apps basics, Power BI authoring, and Dataverse or SharePoint as data sources.
- Proven experience building secure, production-grade integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills, with comfort working through rapid iteration and live demos.
- CompTIA Security+ certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- One or more job-related computing environment certifications, such as Microsoft Power Platform certifications including PL-100 or PL-300, or the ability to obtain the required certification within six months of hire.
- Active or current Department of Defense Secret clearance.
- Design, develop, and deploy applications and services that integrate with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Lead development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, especially Power Apps solutions.
- Build intuitive Power BI reports and dashboards and data models that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Integrate artificial intelligence capabilities, including prompt-driven workflows, classification and extraction, and copilots or assistants, into new and existing applications.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver secure, compliant solutions.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence in the Microsoft ecosystem, including the Copilot family, generative artificial intelligence, Azure OpenAI, and orchestration patterns, with exposure to AskSage.
- Experience in Department of Defense or Army environments, such as Army 365, RMF or ATO awareness, or data handling in IL enclaves.
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery for Power Platform, including solutions and pipelines, test automation, and governance at scale.
- Experience with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, Service Bus, and Storage.
- Data engineering basics, including Power Query, dataflows, incremental refresh, and gateway configuration.
- Power BI solution delivery.
