Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a NOC Lead. The NOC Lead will be responsible for overseeing operations and managing a team during the night. This includes monitoring and managing the team’s performance, addressing any issues or escalations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining effective communication with other teams. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a drive to ensure the best customer experience and problem resolution. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM Pacific Time.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during weekend shifts and three other designated days.
- Ensure smooth operation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure their completion.
- Train and onboard new employees, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during shifts.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and three other specified days.
- Knowledge of the industry or relevant experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $115,000 USD to $127,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
