Requirements
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of employees during weekend shifts and three other designated days
  • Ensure smooth operation and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure their completion
  • Train and onboard new employees, providing guidance and support
  • Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during shifts
