Responsibilities

Create patient appointments for all medical centers
Confirm appointment 24 to 48 hours in advance
Answer all incoming appointment calls in a professional, courteous, expeditious, and friendly manner (No more than 3 rings)
Assists patients with instructions for follow-up appointments and primary care physician
Schedule and confirm transportation service for patients as needed
Cancel physician schedules and reschedule as needed
Maintain the work area clean and organized at all times
Complies with HIPPA regulations
Performs other duties as assigned

Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative at Centrum Health. In this role, you will be responsible for Coordinating activities within the medical center so the planning; organizing, and controlling of resources is consistent with the overall plan, goals, and objectives. The position requires a high commitment to service excellence.
