  • Create patient appointments for all medical centers
  • Confirm appointment 24 to 48 hours in advance
  • Answer all incoming appointment calls in a professional, courteous, expeditious, and friendly manner (No more than 3 rings)
  • Assists patients with instructions for follow-up appointments and primary care physician
  • Schedule and confirm transportation service for patients as needed
  • Cancel physician schedules and reschedule as needed
  • Maintain the work area clean and organized at all times
  • Complies with HIPPA regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
