Requirements
  • 7+ years working in product management, with 3+ years of experience as a Product leader that includes building product teams. This includes mentoring other product managers as direct reports, as well as defining process and relationships with developers, UIX, sales, data scientists and product leadership
  • Proven track record of developing products in tech or healthcare space, with an emphasis on experience with Network Effect products and SAAS applications, that may include APIs or data platforms
  • Prior experience managing software products through the entire product lifecycle with solid product fundamentals (User needs, Market research, build, metrics and measurement, GTM)
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study
  • Ideal candidates have experience solving problems for risk-bearing entities (health plans, ACO's) with knowledge of Post Acute Care
  • High adaptability or experience in incubation or "start-up" culture
  • Strong listening, communication, collaboration, and presentation capabilities
Responsibilities
  • Building and managing strategic relationships with customers and driving secondary research to better understand customer business and needs
  • Prioritizing and synthesizing research into clear product strategy and goals
  • Presenting and communicating roadmap and strategy to internal and external stakeholders to support and coordinate objectives and execution
  • Working with Product, UIX & Engineering teams to drive product development projects through planning, definition, development, and testing
  • Using metrics and measurement to assess and guide success of products through pilot and in market
  • Working with marketing and sales to build product marketing, positioning and messaging
  • Working with implementation and operational teams to ensure customer success
  • Managing development with partners and vendors as a part of an overall product delivery strategy
