Position: Hygiene Assistant
Location: Dream Dental, Goodlettsville, TN
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dental hygienist in performing patient care duties
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Provide excellent patient care by ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Assist in maintaining patient records and updating medical histories
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and care instructions
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and office safety standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hygiene Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification in dental radiography (required)
- CPR certification (preferred)

Education and Training
- On the job training and additional certification may be required based on state requirements.
- Radiology certificate required
- High school graduate or GED Equivalent.
- Team Player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
