As a Manager, Business Systems you will play a pivotal role in reimagining and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem and other go-to-market and business-critical platforms. Combining strategic oversight with deep technical understanding, you will ensure that our systems are optimized to meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with business units, admins, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap that drives innovation and operational efficiency. You will manage and coach on-shore and off-shore team members in a dynamic environment and help to foster a positive team culture and help enable and encourage continuous improvement within the team.

\nCeligo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $160,000 per year and $190,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
