Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and participate in the planning, installation, maintenance and support of the Strongline Pro System infrastructure
  • Plan deployments, procurement of hardware, manage deployment teams, and internal/external training
  • Site assessment, creating and adhering to project plans, creating checklists, system support, documenting projects and system activities
  • Work with Project Managers and client representatives to scope an implementation
  • Install equipment within all areas of healthcare facilities including patient rooms
  • Configure, modify, replace, test, and service Commure Strongline equipment
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all Commure Strongline equipment prior to deployment
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues
  • Deploy Commure Strongline equipment based on project scope
  • Create and maintain up to date deployment guide and equipment location documents for all clients
  • Complete and update required documentation and adopts new Commure Strongline processes as needed
  • Embrace improvements and advocates change, going beyond status quo
