Requirements
- Should primarily know about Performance Testing and performance monitoring concepts
- Should possess knowledge of Client Load Runner or similar Performance Testing tools
- Well versed with Test Plan/Test Script creations/executions
- Bottleneck identification & resolutions recommendations , scripting , report analysis
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work in a team oriented collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Test plan/ script creations for performance testing
- Pro-active in highlighting the relevant show stopper for overall testing and help in identification of corresponding resolutions
- Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions
- Generate test summary reports for management review
- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes
Desired Qualifications
- Retail Banking background
- Well verse with SDLC concepts
- Prior experience on performance testing,Client ALM Tool
- Knowledge of Database/web-servers ,load balancers
