Responsibilities
  • Develop product knowledge (shipping, receiving, picking orders, stocking goods), complete health & safety program, accountability of products and order logistics, and develop understanding of warehouse importance in customer satisfaction (Warehouse: 6 months)
  • Learn to manage the inside counter, interact with customers and provide solutions (learning technical aspects, manage physical inventory and promote sales) (Operations: 3 months)
  • Work with customers and vendors to further develop relationships, maximize profitable opportunities (learning the procurement process, project estimation, project management and pricing set ups) (Inside Sales: 9 months)
  • Work with one of our Outside Account Managers and develop skills needed to service current business accounts and develop new opportunities (contract negotiations, strategies to sell products, develop understanding of sales cycle) (Account Manager: 6 months)
