Requirements
  • Knowledge of Student Visa Regulations (Tier 4).
  • Experience using Salesforce customer relationship management software and PureCloud telephony.
  • Tertiary education.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
  • Support students who have confirmed their place at their chosen study centre by advising them on the steps required to start their course.
  • Provide information and advice on clearing remaining academic or other application criteria, visa applications, accommodation options, and destination information.
  • Work alongside admissions and campus staff to support a smooth transition to the study centre.
  • Maximize conversion rates from confirmation to arrival.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to international students, including advice on pending conditions, fee payments, visa requirements, travel preparation, course information, and accommodation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of overseas education systems in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and North America.
  • Calling or industry experience, preferably more than 2 years.
  • Relevant experience.

KSH International raises ₹213cr from anchor investors ahead of ₹710cr IPO

KSH International Limited, India's third-largest magnet winding wire manufacturer by production capacity, has raised Rs 213 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering opening on 16 December. The company allocated 55.47 lakh equity shares at Rs 384 per share to anchor investors. Participants included HSBC Global Investment Funds, Societe Generale, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance and Edelweiss Life Insurance. Amongst mutual funds, HDFC, Kotak, LIC and Bank of Baroda schemes received allocations. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 420 crore and an offer-for-sale of Rs 290 crore by promoters, totalling Rs 710 crore at the upper price band. Founded in 1981, the company is also India's largest exporter of magnet winding wires by revenue. ICICI Securities and Nuvama Wealth Management are managing the offer.

Study Group has signed a new student recruitment partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Stout, adding a 13th U.S. institution to its portfolio. The agreement will see Study Group support international recruitment for both undergraduate and graduate programs.
