The Real Estate & Facilities Data Analyst will provide day-to-day support to the Global Real Estate, Facilities and Workplace team, with a heavy focus on CSR data. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative and proportionate technical background with a focus on data collection, storage, analysis and presentation.

Work Performed

·Manage Real Estate & Facilities data repositories

·Gather, review & analyze corporate real estate & facilities metrics & KPIs

·Identify anomalies in utility consumption & accounting

·Develop presentations & deliverables to reflect data trends and forecasts

·Work with real estate & facilities team to draft and recommend new processes to create efficiencies & streamline operations

·Assist with day-to-day administrative support of the Real Estate, Facilities and Workplace Department

·Other duties as assigned

Requirements
