Requirements
  • 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (technology or consulting preferred).
  • Proven sourcing skills and strong interviewing/probing ability.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Rippling is a strong plus).

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified pipeline.
  • Manage and coordinate the interview process, guiding candidates and ensuring a fair, structured evaluation process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from first contact through to start date, by keeping candidates informed, engaged, and supported for a smooth transition into Rearc.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Rearc India, representing our culture, values, and technical excellence.
  • Provide market intelligence to hiring managers and leadership, including compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor activity.
  • Partner with People Ops/ HR to ensure a smooth onboarding handover once candidates start
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, ensuring they are delivering quality candidates, aligned to our culture, and providing value for cost.
  • Track recruitment metrics, share insights, and continuously improve our hiring process.
  • Contribute to global recruiting initiatives, sharing best practices and collaborating with the broader Rearc talent team.
  • Support employer branding in India through events, campus connects, and online campaigns.
