theFinanceStack provides fractional CFO services for businesses of all sizes, offering tailored, part-time financial leadership. Its core products are financial forecasting, cash flow management, and metrics meetings, delivered as customized packages that fit a client’s size, stage, and growth rate. The company’s service model works by assigning flexible, part-time financial professionals who work with a client to build and maintain cash flow plans, create forecasts, and review key metrics on a regular cadence, with fees based on scope and complexity. Compared with competitors, theFinanceStack focuses on scalable, customizable fractional finance teams rather than full-time executives, serving clients in British Columbia and emphasizing practical financial insights and best practices rather than generic consulting. The company’s goal is to help businesses gain clear financial visibility and sound financial management to support growth without the overhead of a full-time CFO.
