  • Two or more years of experience writing production Java, with Spring Boot preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience across the stack including frontend, backend, and cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
  • Experience working with Redis, Amazon Web Services infrastructure, and real-time APIs.
  • Familiarity with large language models, AI tooling, or interest in integrating smart agent workflows.
  • A bias toward shipping fast, making pragmatic decisions, and iterating.
  • A high degree of autonomy and ownership; comfortable architecting, implementing, and scaling solutions from scratch.
Responsibilities
  • Build high-performance frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement real-time, privacy-aware APIs and microservices in Java.
  • Work with large language models and third-party APIs to generate intelligent summaries and recommendations.
  • Integrate with healthcare platforms (for example electronic medical records, practice management systems, and clearinghouses) through APIs or user interfaces.
  • Optimize for speed, reliability, and usability across a variety of healthcare workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and compliance teams to ensure tools are secure, HIPAA-compliant, and delightful to use.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems, healthcare data, or clinical workflows.
  • Previous work building internal tools, Chrome extensions, or productivity applications.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Sentry, PostHog, or Honeycomb.
