Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience leading Technical Programs/Tech Audit/Compliance programs
  • Experience with privacy/security/finance/AI regulation (e.g. GDPR/SOX/Security compliance) requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (EE, Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or Finance). Experience in the software industry, in particular, experience working with large-scale software and cloud-native infrastructure companies
  • Experience leading interdepartmental teams to complete projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
  • Experience creating and cascading processes and best practices through an organization
  • Knowledge of product development process (PDP) and lifecycle
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience using Jira
  • Master's or advanced technical degree
  • Previous software development experience
  • Professional certification such as CISA, CIA or CISSP
Responsibilities
  • You will lead the development of comprehensive compliance programs in collaboration with legal, security, and engineering teams.
  • You will identify potential regulatory challenges and develop solutions to address them.
  • You’ll ensure compliance requirements are integrated early and effectively into product development, in collaboration with product and engineering leadership, following a “shift left” approach.
  • You’ll maintain up-to-date documentation and processes that support ongoing compliance efforts.
  • You’ll adjust our strategies based on current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
