Requirements
  • Two to four years of related experience.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs is required.
  • The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly is required.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% within an assigned market to support multiple resort locations is required.
  • The employee must be able to read, analyze, and interpret technical writing, schematics, and building plans.
  • The employee must follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures.
  • The employee must be able to work outdoors, at elevated or precarious locations, and around animals, chemicals, electrical hazards, and loud or wet environments.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and update work orders with notes, photos, receipts, and required documentation.
  • Provide custodial and housekeeping support alongside supervisors to maintain resort cleanliness.
  • Report hazards and repair needs promptly to resort leadership.
  • Verify completed work with resort and facilities leadership to ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Support maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, and general building systems.
  • Maintain resort amenities, including play yards, pools, splash pads, misters, fans, and other equipment.
  • Lead training on animal care equipment and facility systems, including water bowls, kennel doors, cleaning equipment, and other operational components.
  • Plan, schedule, and purchase materials needed for maintenance projects.
  • Track time accurately using project management and payroll systems.
  • Travel within the assigned market to support multiple resort locations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience maintaining commercial facilities and hospital properties.
  • HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other maintenance certifications.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and work order management systems.
