We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer (Design System)to join our team and help shape the future of work. At ClickUp, design is at the core of everything we do. We believe that exceptional user experiences stem from a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in creating intuitive interfaces and innovative features that enhance our users’ productivity. This person will partner with both Design, Product andEngineering to support the design and development of reusable components and build our foundational design system. 

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in building design systems (including typographic scales, color palette, iconography, illustrations, and micro-interactions)

• 2+ years of experience in digital product design

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual interface design

• Excellence in visual design / Brand craft

• Enjoys being in the details of implementing and designing perfect UI elements

• Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team

• Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Bonus: experience with accessibility standards

The Role:

• Curate and maintain a centralized repository of design guidelines and UI components in Figma and Storybook

• Create UI components, icons, illustrations, improve typescales and color palettes over time

• Craft prototypes of microanimations and design patterns

• Architect consistent and flexible design patterns

• You will work with engineers closely to ensure perfect implementation of components
