  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience in marketing roles, particularly in product marketing, brand management, or category management.
  • Experience specifically in category management or product category role, including understanding market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Lead US strategy with regional team to develop US specific star and tactical launch plans for Goldwell inclusive of Topchic, Colorance, Light Dimensions, Elumen, Mens Reshade, Style Sign and Systems.
  • Collaborate with US Channel Marketing Manager to launch NPD and Period Projects with relevant promotions & established processes for full service, store, and e-commerce.
  • Lead execution for brand asset deployments including literature, price lists and merchandising pieces.
  • Work cross-functionally with Regional Marketing Team, Communications, Finance, Demand Planning to ensure pricing is maintained.
  • Manage forecasts for new programs for US market while ensuring pricing goals are met.
  • Work with US Marketing Analyst to maintain changes in inventory to ensure the least amount of exposure for the organization.
