  • 8+ years of project management experience leading medium and large cross functional initiatives
  • Exemplary core project management skills including multiple aspects of the PMBOK and the Scaled Agile Framework (certification a plus)

Responsibilities
  • Lead Enterprise projects from end to end using best practices and disciplines
  • Partner with cross-organizational areas in implementing project initiatives
  • Provide leadership and management guidance to the team and across multiple areas
  • Responsible for delivering mid to large scale project initiatives
  • Build and manage a detailed project plan, with key milestones, priorities, dependencies/sequencing, from inception to closure
  • Identify, track, mitigate and escalate (when appropriate) project risks, issues, and decisions
  • Develop contingency plans and triggers to invoke
  • Drive to market delivery timelines, while also adapting to a dynamic work environment
  • Provide transparent and accurate project status reporting at all times, in alignment with stakeholder and sponsor input
  • Identify and develop relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders to establish and monitor progress against goals and objectives
  • Understand communication dynamics and build/execute a plan to meet stakeholder needs
  • Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of project goals
  • Utilize and contribute to best practices and governance within the Project Delivery team
  • Provide oversight and guidance to less experienced project managers on the team
  • Performs self and team reflection continuously and implements changes to improve team’s effectiveness
  • Provide direction, leadership, and feedback into the Core Solutions operating model contributing to improvement in the organization’s long-term operating effectiveness
  • Self-directed and capable of overseeing a team to ensure the successful delivery
  • Advance concurrent efforts and ensure project delivery meet requirements regarding scope, quality, schedule, and cost
  • Direct team to execute and enable the project delivery plan in alignment with strategy set by Core Solutions executive leadership
  • Skilled at project management monitoring and control practices, ensuring accurate utilization of project resources
  • Ensure technical, sales, and operational readiness components are tracked within the scope of the deliverables
  • When required, perform the role of Operational Readiness lead, ensuring staffing, training, procedures, and communication development, change management, business validation, and contingency planning are identified, tracked, and executed
