Link Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen 
• DoD Secret Clearance required
• Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

The Enterprise Architect will provide support for mission-critical personnel located at the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM). The Architect will develop and execute cloud-based enterprise architecture and strategic technology plans to support DEVCOM’s research, development, and ensure secure, high-performance computing and networking environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain architecture frameworks.
• Conduct comprehensive risk and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks. 
• Manage Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms) to track and remediate identified vulnerabilities. 
• Ensure continuous compliance with Government (e.g., NIST, DoD) and industry standards. 
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies aligned with the organization’s objectives. 
• Lead enterprise-level design and integration of systems and platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for innovation and agility.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance. 
• Ten (10+) years of architecture, cloud engineering, or technical leadership experience.
• IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect 
• The Open Group Architecture Framework Certification (TOGAF)
• Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures. 
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Preferred:

• DoD Secret Clearance
• MS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. 
• Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
• A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
• Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000

Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.
