Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers and oversee their stay at any time of day.
  • Prepare arrivals and manage check-in and check-out for individual guests and groups.
  • Take last-minute reservations.
  • Answer and manage the telephone switchboard.
  • Process and handle guest requests.
  • Escalate or report customer complaints, remarks, or feedback to management.
  • Manage cash handling and cashier responsibilities; verify existing accounts.
  • Issue, process, and follow up on customer invoices.
  • Promote Mama services, product shop, restaurants, and events.
  • Prepare and place written information and useful activities on mirrors at each floor or elevator for guests.
  • Ensure customer experience is of the highest standard and act as the brand ambassador.
Desired Qualifications
  • Mastery of Opera Cloud as the Property Management System.
  • Willingness to use a third language to communicate with guests.
  • Ability to maintain a quirky or distinctive personal style without alarming children.
  • A passion for fashion related to the brand and retail discounts (e.g., shop Mama discounts).
  • Interest in participating in staff events and company culture.
  • Experience or interest in hospitality or guest services roles.
