  • 10+ years of support, customer success, and / or professional services experience including at least 4+ years of managing or leading a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and handle navigating multiple, often competing, priorities
  • Excitement to build out a new function and take responsibility for both doing and building
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in enterprise-level customer-facing work
  • Technical proficiency and eagerness to delve deep into Watershed's product and the climate space
  • Strong analytical skills to drive the right outcomes for customers and Watershed through data
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of Watershed support channels and set the quality bar for customer engagement
  • Hire, train, and support a high-performing support team
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build reporting to monitor and enhance Support performance
  • Define support strategy model and key investment areas across people, tools, and product
  • Drive efficiency through scaled Support channels and evolve processes with cross-functional partners
  • Define workflows and playbooks for Support operations within Watershed and customer journeys
  • Champion customer needs and feedback to influence product and service roadmaps
