  • 10+ years of support, customer success, and / or professional services experience including at least 4+ years of managing or leading a team in support.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and handle navigating multiple, often competing, priorities.
  • Excitement to build out a new function and join a startup, taking responsibility for both doing and building.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in enterprise-level customer-facing work.

  • Excitement to strategize the deployment and utilization of SaaS tools for team management.
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for driving customer and company outcomes through data.
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of Watershed support channels and set the quality bar for customer engagement.
  • Hire, train, and manage a top-tier support team.
  • Define the structure, profiles, and headcount needs for the support function.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting to enhance support performance.
  • Define the support strategy model, including investment areas in people, tools, and product.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement through scaled support channels and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance processes.
  • Define workflows and playbooks for support operations within Watershed and customer journeys.
  • Act as a key advocate for the voice of the customer, influencing product and service roadmaps with customer needs and feedback.
