Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field of study with successful experience as finance business partner
  • Minimum 8 years(w/o Master's) or 6+ years (with Master's) years of relevant experience in biotech or life sciences industry
  • Proven financial analysis and revenue budgeting, forecasting and analysis background for global commercial organizations

Responsibilities
  • Drive the financial planning cycle, including quarterly financial forecasts, annual budgets, long-range plans, scenario planning, and performance monitoring
  • Act as a key business partner across Commercial and Corporate teams, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
  • Evaluate the financial implications of strategic decisions, operational changes, and external partnerships, proposing mitigation strategies as necessary
  • Develop / maintain a strong partnership with the other internal groups and Finance colleagues to develop and share best practices
  • Support evaluation, design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and system upgrades
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects across the organization, providing timely and accurate financial insights
  • Work closely with the accounting team and ensure the complete, accurate and timely processing of the monthly close process
  • The role requires comfort with ambiguity, collaborative problem-solving, and the capability to manage complex work streams with multiple stakeholders
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record and the ability to function in a rapidly growing environment and demonstrate creativity, select ability, and innovative strategies pertaining to all financial matters is essential
  • The ability to provide the senior executives with the necessary financial and modeling information to make effective decisions
