We are looking for a Senior Associate of Business Development Operations & Enablement to support our sales operations and drive growth. This exciting opportunity requires an individual who understands how strategic analysis, marketing, and customer relationships promote success.

Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and lead key activities to enable our sales team day-to-day, including, process documentation, weekly meetings, pipeline data hygiene, and more
- Conduct regular pipeline reporting and analysis for senior leadership (Chief Growth Officer, President, etc.) to understand sales team performance and inform/update pursuit strategies
- Administer revenue tech stack and conduct training/enablement for BD Executives to streamline workflows, maximize our investments, and impact win rate
- Support implementation and management of best-in-class business development strategies and operations
- Accelerate pursuit efforts by creating and updating sales collateral, case studies, pitch materials, client information, etc. for our sales enablement tool (Highspot) and internal AI bot
- Manage sales methodology training program across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a consulting/agency environment, ideally with the business development lifecycle, as well as data management, reporting, and analysis
- Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy; exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driven and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed
- A fast learner; proven success picking up new technologies/tools quickly and proficiently
- Highly skilled in Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence, and other relevant tools
- Experience with revenue technologies such as Gong.io, Highspot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
- BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience preferred
