  • Have at least 5 years of experience working as a people partner at a tech company, preferably a start-up.
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive and align their people strategy and increase business results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Act with a sense of urgency. An early-stage start-up needs to be agile to consumer and business needs, and you’re excited to move swiftly with us.
  • Listen with curiosity. You strive to learn from each conversation and get excited when discovering the unexpected.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the organizational design, change management, people strategy, and employee engagement.
  • Manage all People Operations functions, such as onboarding/offboarding, benefit & compensation administration, visa-related requests, payroll, time off requests, and performance management.
  • You’ll work with managers and leaders to coach them on best practices and strategize to ensure we create the best employee experience.
  • Supervise and oversee office functions (trips, budgeting, and more).
  • Serve as a coach and confidant to employees for personal growth and professional success.
  • Build and implement a system to support an inclusive and diverse community throughout the company.
  • Plan and direct events that promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture.
  • Cultivate healthy feedback within the company through meaningful surveys and developing a culture of recognition.

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with remote work and hybrid office models.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and tools.
  • Certifications in HR or related field.
