- Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

- Module Configuration: Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SM and SAP FSM applications to support service order execution, contracts, warranties, and claims.

- Field Mobility: Support mobile execution solutions, such as SAP FSM mobile apps and form development, allowing technicians to capture data, time, expenses, and material consumption.
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Support configuration of dispatch & scheduling module for scalable FSM solutions.
- Support: Troubleshoot software issues with Business Process Owners using incident and problem management processes, minimizing downtime and business disruptions.
- Testing & Training: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Process Owners, draft functional specifications for developers, and produce end-user training materials.
- Specify reporting requirements with Business Process Owner and FI/Accounting representative.
- Create & modify reports and forms using SAP reporting tools, calculation views, sql scripting, and design dashboard.
- Report Writing Skills: Report specifications, understanding of database design, sql scripts, creating calculation views, SAP SAC Dashboard design and/or Microsoft PowerBi knowledge is very helpful.
- Prefer SAP Experience: 5+ years of SAP functional experience preferably with a focus on Customer Service (CS) or s4 Service Management (SM) and Field Service Management (FSM) or related experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and the capacity to translate complex field requirements into digital workflows.

It addresses the growing demand for reliable environmental data and helps stakeholders better understand the lifecycle impacts of filtration solutions. As sustainability requirements continue to increase across the HVAC sector, the need for reliable and comparable environmental data has become essential. Air filters play a dual role in ensuring high indoor air quality while influencing the energy consumption of ventilation systems. The new guide addresses this complexity by providing clear recommendations on how to develop and interpret EPDs specifically for air filters.
