  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related and 5 years of experience in software development, or a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related and 2 years of experience in software development
  • Experience with .NET, C#, SQL, Node.js, Remedy, Cognos, Hyperion, PowerBI, Script (Shell and Pearl) development, APIs (SOAP/REST), JDBC, Oracle, Github, Jenkins, UDeploy, Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience in the healthcare domain
Responsibilities
  • Design complex major systems and subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs.
  • Consult business unit and IT management and staff on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms and computing environments.
  • Code new or modified programs. Reuse existing code using program development software alternatives and/or integrate purchased solutions.
  • Move on-premise applications into AWS (Cloud) and automate older session files from servers. Integrate multi-factor authentication (MFA) into applications for added security.
  • Document, test, implement, and provide on-going support for applications. Coordinate with functional users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to releasing system changes into production.
  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend most efficient and cost-effective application programming solutions.
  • Manage Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificates in application servers.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of application programs.
