- Lead and organize workshop operations.
- Plan capacity utilization and operational workflows.
- Lead and instruct the workshop team, including apprentices.
- Take responsibility for diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs ranging from classic cars to electric vehicles.
- Ensure quality standards.
- Work operationally in the workshop.
- Work a five-day week from Monday to Saturday with early and late shifts in a two-shift system.
