Requirements
  • ideally 3+ years of experience in financial services, equity compensation consulting or issuer plan management with deep understanding of equity plan compensation and the Wealth Management industry
  • ability to balance corporate responsibility and sound risk management opposite client needs as well as the ability to collaborate across the organization and influence key stakeholders
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as time management skills with the ability to prioritize work load and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
  • well-developed analytical and problem solving skills necessary to identify and implement solutions
  • undergraduate degree in business, finance or equivalent experience required
  • CEP designation or willingness to pursue preferred
  • strategic thinker able to understand and prioritize client needs
  • able to apply knowledge in decision making situations and exercise sound judgment under pressure
  • team oriented with excellent service delivery skills as well as organized and able to manage internal relationships with the Technology, Operations, and Service teams
  • committed to driving value for clients and effectively manage client expectations while being a confident decision-maker

Responsibilities
  • ensure the delivery of products and services, in-line with the prescribed offering for an assigned set of clients
  • work closely with Relationship Managers, Service Managers and relevant team leads to develop strategies for core services including: execution, administration, wealth management, and accounting support for assigned client set
  • develop company specific business strategies and continuously identify ways to improve service delivery and the efficiency of operational processes
  • develop a deep network of internal partners across Operations, Technology, and Product to deliver an exceptional experience for our corporate clients
  • maintain a deep understanding of UBS plan administration platforms, processing activities, workflow and specific client/plan requirements
  • partner with Lead Financial Advisors and communicate at an executive level to ensure consistent updates on issues relating to corporate clients; serve as a primary point of contact for client, FA, and home office escalation
  • ensure proper maintenance and signoff of client procedures, profiles, runbooks, and manuals in accordance with business requirements
  • effectively communicate and present to UBS senior management as well as corporate client representatives utilizing Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
  • manage assigned client sets, including regular review to improve existing terms, re-negotiations, pricing changes and amendments for product additions and special projects
  • use data effectively to make and support decisions pertaining to the servicing of assigned client relationships

Edenor raises $200M in third bond offering of 2025

Edenor, Argentina's largest natural gas distributor, raised $200 million through a re-opening of its 9.5% 2033 bonds on Thursday, marking its third international bond offering this year. The company priced the add-on notes at 99.326 to yield 9.65%. Bank of America, BTG Pactual, Santander and UBS served as bookrunners. Moody's assigned the notes an international B3 rating. Edenor said it intends to use the proceeds to refinance debt and fund investments and acquisitions. The company initially issued $550 million of the 2033 notes in April, following a re-opening of its 9.75% 2030 bonds in February. Local placement agents included Global Valores, Balanz Capital, Banco Mariva, Latin Securities and the Argentine branches of ICBC and Santander.

UBS Group acquires 5% stake in Australian fintech Zip Co

UBS Group AG has acquired a 5.02% stake in Australian fintech company Zip Co Limited, becoming a substantial shareholder. The Swiss banking giant now holds a relevant interest in 62.5 million ordinary shares as of 24 July 2026. The shareholding is spread across multiple UBS entities, including its asset management, securities, and prime broking divisions. The positions were accumulated through various methods such as prime broking agreements and stock borrowing and lending activities.
