Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, project management, or other applicable fields
  • 3+ years working with or in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skill sets
  • Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
  • Identify business expansion and new collaboration opportunities with existing clients and relay these opportunities to the territory Connectivity Partnership Director
  • Conduct relationship management, customer retention, and client service support
  • Act as a conduit between the client and internal Tempus teams to ensure EHR and data implementations function smoothly and within agreed upon timelines
  • Monitor performance and utilization of EHR connectivity solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze health system clinical workflows and develop process / value stream maps to ensure Tempus' products and services align with the client's needs and operations
  • Advise and assist physicians and clinical care teams about current product capabilities, ordering options, and impact to value based care

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle problems logically; a data-driven approach to decision making and sound business judgment to determine project performance and financial viability

  • Relationship driven and a key collaborator across teams
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and possess strong organization and time management skills
  • You take a creative approach to solving problems; you enjoy experimentation and are willing to take bold bets despite risk of failure
