Responsibilities
  • Achieving financial targets for partner sourced bookings
  • Building and executing partner business plans
  • Recruiting and expanding partners within assigned territory
  • Account mapping with partners in the region
  • Presenting the 'Why Druva' message to partners
  • Maintaining and reporting an accurate sales forecast in SFDC
  • Ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Driving adoption of Druva programs amongst assigned partners
  • Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills
  • Keeping abreast of competition, their products, and the data protection ecosystem
  • Assisting in driving attendance to regional partner events
  • Assisting in on-site partner activities such as floor days, regional customer events, and partner national sales meeting
