Requirements
  • Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and performance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing high-quality software, delivering production-ready code, managing infrastructure, and crafting RESTful APIs to industry standards.
  • Clear, structured thinking and a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Startup experience with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience in Python or other programming languages such as Go, Java, or C++.
  • Bonus: experience in AI, legal tech, and social impact projects.
Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the design, development and optimization of robust, scalable systems and infrastructure for deploying pioneering algorithms and systems based on large language models.
  • Engage actively throughout the project lifecycle, taking full ownership from inception to deployment and subsequent iterations.
  • Grow as an engineer by working with world-class peers on varied and high impact projects.
  • Work with internal engineering customers to understand new requirements and address them in a scalable and efficient manner.
  • Implement robust, maintainable, reusable code in a modern tech-stack including Python, Postgres, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and other technologies.
