  • Collaborating with external counsel and senior management on regulatory requests
  • Assisting with SEC Exam preparedness and management
  • Monitoring and interpreting new rules and regulations
  • Drafting and revising policies, procedures, and advisory bulletins
  • Conducting compliance training
  • Coordinating with Legal/Compliance colleagues on initiatives
  • Supporting testing initiatives for compliance program
  • Assisting with regulatory filings
