  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Network Operations Team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of client’s network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance for monitoring and maintaining enterprise network systems.
  • Oversee network security, server infrastructure, and telecommunications systems.
  • Manage and prioritize network monitoring activities and incident response.
  • Coordinate routine testing and analysis of network components and facilities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Support strategic program management and collaborate with client’s stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certifications such as ITIL v3 or v4
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience supporting federal agencies or mission-critical environments.
