Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a System Engineer with development experience or interest. As a Senior System Engineer, you have scripting and classic SE skills or desires are also potential good fits for this role. This role will be helping the SE team with documentation, JIRA and Confluence pages, requirements and thread management. Candidates should have some level of understanding of Integration for things like server management when needed, or deployments, to include containerizing services and deployments.
Technical stack areas of experience/understanding would be:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Python and other advanced scripting
- Selenium automated testing
- Some Java but not the sole focus, nice to have exposure to spring
- ElasticSearch, MongoDB
- Software CM tools and processes - GIT, Maven
- Docker, Kubernetes would be nice to have
- Problem Solving
Here’s what you need:
- Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Bonus points if you have:
- Understanding or junior level experience with AI/ML
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $105,200 - $168,400
Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500
New York City: $121,700 - $168,400
Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
