- The resource will provide 3rd level support-how to use the Tea Leaf Tool and how it will interface with applications, following customer interactions, how customers move around mobile applications and maintenance of the Digital Analytics Toolset across the enterprise.
- They will be interfacing with project teams on how to incorporate tea leaf into environment.
- Researching and strategy for future state, including tools, tagging, capturing data.
- Experience and/or knowledge of Internet Applications a plus
