Requirements
  • Develop and build relationships with hiring managers to understand business and recruiting needs
  • Review resumes, phone screen candidates, and drive the interview process with the hiring team to identify top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to assist in the evaluation process, making sure a consistent, EEOC/OFFCP-compliant and cross-functional interview process takes place for each position
  • Creatively search for qualified candidates, using strategic advertising, networking, Internet resources (social media and professional organizations), and internal referrals
  • Serve as an ambassador of Smarsh and exercise networking skills by attending job fairs and events, establishing contacts in the local market and maintaining active membership in various professional organizations
  • Develop an internal candidate pool by promoting career opportunities to Smarsh employee
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of co-workers, hiring managers, and other external contacts
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • A minimum of three years' recruiting experience
