Requirements
- Develop and build relationships with hiring managers to understand business and recruiting needs
- Review resumes, phone screen candidates, and drive the interview process with the hiring team to identify top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to assist in the evaluation process, making sure a consistent, EEOC/OFFCP-compliant and cross-functional interview process takes place for each position
- Creatively search for qualified candidates, using strategic advertising, networking, Internet resources (social media and professional organizations), and internal referrals
- Serve as an ambassador of Smarsh and exercise networking skills by attending job fairs and events, establishing contacts in the local market and maintaining active membership in various professional organizations
- Develop an internal candidate pool by promoting career opportunities to Smarsh employee
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Excellent writing skills
- Highly organized and skilled at time management
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of co-workers, hiring managers, and other external contacts
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- A minimum of three years' recruiting experience
