What this opportunity involves:
JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Utility Manager to join our Energy and Sustainability Services team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in property sustainability within facilities management.
Snapshot of the roles:
- Manage utility accounts and meter database for a large portfolio of sites across Australia
- Engage with utility retailers to establish/close accounts and resolve issues
- Collaborate with sustainability team on utility billing and metering matters
- Support utility procurement with accurate consumption and cost data
- Develop and enhance utility management systems and processes
Key Skills and Requirement:
- Strong attention to detail and passion for data accuracy
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in data management and process improvement
- Understanding of utility management considerations (beneficial)
- Australian citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Clearance
