About the role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at StackBlitz, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and set up meetings. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the design system, frontend software engineering, and AI sectors.
- Utilize various tools and strategies to generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to engage potential clients.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role in the SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with design systems, frontend software engineering, and AI technologies. (Bonus)
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
