  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the design system, frontend software engineering, and AI sectors.
  • Utilize various tools and strategies to generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to engage potential clients.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and improve outreach efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
