Responsibilities
  • Help own and maintain the Salesforce tech stack
  • Provide front line Salesforce support, including ad-hoc requests and reporting asks
  • Intake and triage ad-hoc requests for other GTM tools
  • Collaborate closely with enablement team on new software tools, implementation, and process changes
  • Ensure high level of data integrity and consistency across systems
  • Support CPQ/AA configuration changes
