Requirements
  • You must be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom and be in possession of a current work visa.
  • This position is available on a full-time 40 hour contract.
  • A self-starter who has the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Someone with a positive attitude and a genuine customer service focus.
  • A fast-thinking, problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Superb communication skills to interact with guests and other members of the team.
  • Brilliant organisation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
  • Work in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner.
  • Strive to continuously improve the quality of the hotel’s services.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience on either a Hotel Reception and/or in a Hotel Food & Beverage Department (desirable)
