CallRail expands home services ecosystem with new Jobber, JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz integrations.

CallRail expands home services ecosystem with new Jobber, JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz integrations. Technology · JUL 21, 2026 PR Newswire Home service contractors can automatically book jobs, sync customer records, and capture every lead ATLANTA, July 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - CallRail, the A... Home service contractors can automatically book jobs, sync customer records, and capture every lead ATLANTA, July 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - CallRail, the AI-powered lead engagement platform, today expanded its support for home service businesses by deepening its strategic partnership and integration with Jobber, the award-winning field management software. This marks CallRail's first bidirectional integration between Voice Assist, CallRail's AI voice assistant with real-time lead qualification and intelligent transfer capabilities, and a field service management platform. The company also launched three new integrations with JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz, broadening CallRail's support for contractors across the home services industry. For home service contractors, the workday rarely ends, with business calls coming in at all hours, no matter where they are. Between job sites, current customers, emergencies, and scheduling demands, missed inbound calls can lead to lost revenue and wasted time. Each new integration is designed with these realities in mind, allowing contractors to work seamlessly across platforms without the hassle of manually navigating between systems. These connected tools and automated processes free contractors to spend less time switching between systems and more time serving customers and winning new business. "Home service contractors should never have to choose between finishing a job and answering a call, but that's been the trade-off for far too long," said Ryan Johnson, Chief Product Officer at CallRail. "With our enhanced Jobber partnership and new integrations across the entire home service ecosystem, Voice Assist becomes a contractor's front-line team, helping capture every lead by answering inbound calls and keeping customer information synchronized across systems. Those capabilities are the result of listening closely to our more than 10,000 home service contractor customers about what actually slows them down: missed calls on job sites, systems that don't talk to each other, and manual data entry." Jobber: CallRail's First Bidirectional Field Service Management Platform Integration This first-of-its-kind integration combines bidirectional Jobber data sync with live job booking in Voice Assist, enabling the following capabilities: * Live booking & real-time availability checks: Voice Assist can check Jobber calendar availability in real time and book a job appointment directly during the call. * Bidirectional data sync: Manual CRM updates and follow-ups are no longer needed, as caller data, call recordings, transcripts, and Voice Assist-collected intake fields automatically sync to the Jobber, JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz client records. * Personalized returning caller recognition: Voice Assist can recognize returning Jobber clients, greet them by name, and skip redundant intake questions. Together, these capabilities enable contractors to capture and convert inbound leads while keeping customer records accurate across both platforms. Helping Contractors Capture Every Lead Alongside the Jobber partnership, CallRail is launching its first integrations with three additional home services platforms: JobNimbus, JobTread, and Workiz. This strategic effort aims to serve the home services industry by offering multiple integrations with the platforms contractors already use to run their businesses. Through these integrations, CallRail can now create leads on each platform from interaction events, such as calls, texts, or form submissions. Contractors using Voice Assist can also pull customer information from these platforms directly into live calls, giving Voice Assist the context it needs to deliver a more personalized experience. Home service contractors can be confident that CallRail is not just tracking leads or answering phones but also serving as an extension of their team to engage leads. "Most contractors are flying blind on where their best leads actually come from," said Tyler Folkman, Chief AI Officer at JobNimbus. "With CallRail wired into JobNimbus, the call data and the job data finally live in the same place, so you can see what's working, double down on it, and stop wasting spend on what isn't." All four integrations are now available to CallRail's more than 10,000 home service customers. Contractors can learn more about Voice Assist and the available home services integrations at https://www.callrail.com/integrations. Best CRM Setup for Lawn Care Follow-Up 2026: tools operators can actually adopt.

Best CRM Setup for Lawn Care Follow-Up 2026: tools operators can actually adopt. Direct Answer Best CRM Setup for Lawn Care Follow-Up for Operators in 2026 Key takeaways. * QuoteIQ is the top choice for operators seeking the best CRM setup for lawn care follow-up in 2026, especially for solo entrepreneurs or small teams. * Automation features such as estimate reminders, automated review requests, and self-scheduling options reduce manual effort significantly-saving up to 10 hours per week. * Pricing begins at $29.99/month with the Beginner plan, making it accessible to operators just starting out while scaling to $89/month for larger businesses handling over 100 clients. * QuoteIQ balances simplicity and scalability better than most competitors like ServiceTitan, HubSpot, or Jobber-offering a full suite of tools without cluttering the user experience. * Compared to traditional CRMs, operators using QuoteIQ report an average 75-79% cost savings, while gaining access to core features that help drive revenue and customer retention. Why this matters. In today's competitive landscape, lawn care businesses face increasing pressure to convert leads into long-term customers while managing limited human resources. A well-configured CRM can make or break a company's ability to close deals efficiently and maintain consistent cash flow. The importance of automated follow-ups cannot be overstated. When operators don't prioritize timely communication after initial contact, potential clients often fall through the cracks. That's where automation shines-it ensures no lead is forgotten, no message goes unanswered, and no opportunity is missed. With lean teams now handling more work than ever, the ideal CRM must deliver high-ROI outcomes without adding administrative burden. Tools that simplify workflows-like integrating scheduling, billing, and analytics into one cohesive system-can directly impact profitability. Beyond operational efficiency, a smart CRM also enhances the customer lifetime value (CLV) by keeping clients engaged over time. Through personalized content, seasonal campaigns, and smart reminders, businesses can build trust and loyalty that translates into repeat business and referrals. What changed. The CRM landscape for lawn care has transformed dramatically since 2024. In 2026, platforms are no longer just databases-they've become intelligent ecosystems designed to anticipate needs and act on them automatically. One major shift is the widespread adoption of AI-powered features such as MapMeasure Pro and AI Autopilot. These tools allow operators to generate aerial property estimates instantly or automate customer outreach sequences without writing a single email manually. While these were once considered premium add-ons, they are now standard offerings across leading platforms. Additionally, mobile-first interfaces have revolutionized how businesses manage their daily operations. Instead of logging into desktop applications, modern CRMs let users manage everything from smartphones-making it easier for field crews to update job statuses or book new appointments in real-time. Another notable change is the rise of modular design across platforms. Unlike older systems that required separate tools for scheduling, invoicing, and communication, today's solutions-like QuoteIQ-are built as all-in-one suites. This avoids integration headaches and reduces the risk of data silos. Despite the growing popularity of AI-driven workflows, not every business needs enterprise-level features. For solo operators or startups testing their model, simplicity remains paramount. Platforms that offer robust automation without overwhelming users continue to gain traction. Recommended actions. * Start with QuoteIQ's Beginner plan ($29.99/month) if you're a solo operator or small team looking to automate follow-ups without overpaying. This plan includes key features like estimate reminders, email templates, and basic scheduling. * Set up multi-step email sequences in QuoteIQ for estimate reminders, seasonal offers, and "still interested" surveys to reduce lead loss. These sequences help keep prospects engaged and move them closer to a sale. * Enable InstaSchedule so customers can book jobs themselves, reducing time spent on confirmations and minimizing no-shows. Self-scheduling options also improve the overall customer experience by providing flexibility. Frequently asked questions. How does QuoteIQ compare to Jobber for lawn care follow-ups? While Jobber offers solid tools for scheduling and invoicing, it lacks key automation features like AI Autopilot or aerial property estimation-tools that can save operators up to 10 hours per week. QuoteIQ integrates these functions natively, making it a better fit for businesses seeking comprehensive management without extra tools. Is QuoteIQ scalable as my lawn business grows? Yes. QuoteIQ offers tiered plans from $29.99/month for solo operators to $89/month for teams managing 100+ clients. It supports crew tracking, route optimization, and seasonal upsell campaigns-all within a single interface, eliminating the need for multiple platforms. What CRM features should I prioritize for lead nurturing in 2026? Prioritize automated follow-up sequences, self-scheduling capabilities, and integration with billing or invoicing systems. These tools directly increase conversion rates by up to 35% according to industry reports 1. Automation helps ensure consistent touchpoints without manual effort. Can I migrate my existing data into QuoteIQ? Yes. QuoteIQ supports CSV imports and offers import guides for common formats like Excel spreadsheets, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems such as Jobber or older CRMs. The platform also provides live support for users migrating their data. ServiceTitan vs Housecall Pro vs Jobber: which field-service platform should HVAC Voice AI integrate with?

ServiceTitan vs Housecall Pro vs Jobber: which field-service platform should HVAC Voice AI integrate with? A comparison of ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, and FieldEdge from the perspective of an HVAC voice AI receptionist, and what each integration means for dispatch automation. Sheryar Kayani 11 July 2026 An HVAC voice AI receptionist is only as good as its integration with your field-service software. If it cannot read live availability and write jobs directly, you are still doing manual dispatch entry after every call. Here is how the leading platforms compare from a voice AI integration perspective. ServiceTitan. ServiceTitan is the most common HVAC field-service platform among larger contractors and multi-truck fleets. A well-designed HVAC voice AI receptionist integrates with ServiceTitan to read technician availability, territory rules, and job types, and writes jobs directly. Emergency slots and priority tiers are respected via job-type mapping. Clara supports ServiceTitan for both single-truck and multi-truck deployments. Details on the ServiceTitan AI receptionist integration page. Housecall Pro. Housecall Pro is a popular field-service platform among small and mid-size contractors. Voice AI integration with Housecall Pro supports real-time booking, membership sales, and after-hours dispatch. See the Housecall Pro integration page. Jobber. Jobber is loved by home-services contractors including HVAC, plumbing, and landscaping. Its open API is friendly to voice AI receptionists. Clara integrates with Jobber for job booking, estimate scheduling, and recurring visit automation. See the Jobber integration page. FieldEdge. FieldEdge is common among HVAC and plumbing contractors, especially those with a strong service agreement focus. Voice AI integration supports dispatch, membership management, and estimate booking. See the FieldEdge integration page. What to ask a Voice AI vendor. * Can the AI read live availability from my dispatch software? * Does the AI write jobs directly, or just create tasks for the CSR? * Can it respect technician skill, territory, and route rules? * How does it handle emergency slots and priority tiers? * Can it sell maintenance plans and enroll members? Bottom line. Any of the four major field-service platforms can support a well-integrated HVAC voice AI receptionist. What matters more is that your voice AI knows HVAC workflow, respects your dispatch rules, and writes jobs directly. See the full HVAC overview, the multi-truck dispatch workflow, or book a demo. Kaliun takes on Buildertrend, Jobber, and ServiceTitan with ai-powered construction CRM backed by TGA Kitchens & Remodeling founder.

Kaliun takes on Buildertrend, Jobber, and ServiceTitan with ai-powered construction CRM backed by TGA Kitchens & Remodeling founder. TGA Kitchens & Remodeling Mar 30, 2026, 21:09 ET New AI-first platform built by a working general contractor targets the gaps left by Buildertrend, Jobber, ServiceTitan, and JobTread in residential construction. TAMPA, Fla., March 30, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ - Kaliun, an AI-powered construction management platform, is entering the competitive construction CRM market with a direct challenge to established players Buildertrend, Jobber, ServiceTitan, and JobTread - positioning itself as the first all-in-one platform designed, developed, and operated by a working residential general contractor. The construction technology space has become crowded in recent years, yet contractors continue to struggle with platforms that were not built for their specific workflows. Buildertrend, one of the most widely adopted platforms in residential construction, has been criticized by users for a steep learning curve and interface complexity. Jobber, originally designed for field service businesses like landscapers and HVAC technicians, lacks the depth required for complex remodeling projects with change orders, milestone payments, and material selections. ServiceTitan, which recently went public, has grown into an enterprise-priced platform that prices out the average residential remodeler. And JobTread, while gaining traction, is still building out core functionality that contractors need from day one. Kaliun was built to fill the gap all four have left open. "I used these platforms. I sat through the demos. I paid for the subscriptions," said Tomer Amar, CEO of TGA Kitchens & Remodeling and founding partner of Kaliun. "Buildertrend was too clunky. Jobber was built for service calls, not real contractors. ServiceTitan wanted to charge me enterprise prices for a five-person operation. JobTread was heading in the right direction but wasn't there yet. So we built Kaliun." Amar, a Florida Certified Building Contractor who has managed residential projects including post-hurricane disaster recovery work in the Tampa Bay area, architected every module in the platform from firsthand operational experience running his own remodeling firm, TGA Kitchens & Remodeling. The platform delivers a comprehensive suite of integrated tools including AI-powered proposal generation that creates professional estimates in minutes based on historical project data, end-to-end project management with real-time dashboards and daily job logs, change order tracking with built-in approval workflows, milestone-based payment scheduling, a branded client portal where homeowners can view progress and approve selections, subcontractor bidding and management, material selections tracking, AI-driven expense management with intelligent receipt scanning, and integrated invoicing with competitive payment processing rates. Where Kaliun diverges most sharply from its competitors is in its approach to artificial intelligence. While Buildertrend and ServiceTitan have begun bolting AI features onto platforms that were architected over a decade ago, Kaliun was built AI-first from the ground up. "The incumbents are retrofitting AI onto legacy architecture," said Amar. "We started with AI at the core and built everything around it. That is a fundamental difference that platforms designed in 2010 cannot replicate without rebuilding from scratch." Industry data suggests that fewer than 25% of residential remodeling firms use a dedicated project management platform, with most still relying on spreadsheets, text messages, and paper-based systems to manage projects worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Kaliun aims to capture this underserved market by offering a platform that mirrors how residential general contractors actually work - without the enterprise pricing, the unnecessary complexity, or the feature bloat that has driven contractors away from existing solutions. The company's roadmap includes the launch of a subcontractor marketplace connecting general contractors with vetted, pre-qualified subcontractors, integrated SMS communication tools, and a homeowner-facing contractor marketplace that takes a fundamentally different approach from lead-generation platforms like HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack. Kaliun has attracted a $250,000 investment from Amar along with additional funding from private investors. The platform is currently onboarding early adopter contractors in Florida, with plans for a national rollout beginning in Q3 2026. Native iOS and Android applications are currently in beta testing. "Buildertrend owns market share. ServiceTitan owns the enterprise. Jobber owns field service," Amar added. "Nobody owns residential remodeling. Kaliun will." Contractors interested in exploring the platform can visit kaliun.com to request a demo. About Kaliun: Kaliun is an AI-powered construction management platform built exclusively for residential general contractors. The platform delivers integrated tools spanning proposals, project management, client communication, subcontractor coordination, invoicing, and expense tracking - all powered by artificial intelligence. Kaliun has attracted investment from founding partner Tomer Amar, a Florida Certified Building Contractor, along with private backers. The company is headquartered in Tampa, Florida. AgentIzzy + Jobber: never miss a lead from your phone again.

AgentIzzy + Jobber: never miss a lead from your phone again. AgentIzzy now integrates with Jobber. Every phone call automatically creates clients, service requests, and scheduled jobs - so leads never slip through the cracks. You're on a roof replacing shingles when your phone buzzes. A homeowner needs their gutters replaced before the next storm. You can't answer - your hands are full, you're two stories up, and the customer you're working for right now is paying you to finish this job. By the time you climb down and check your missed calls, the homeowner has already booked someone else. That $2,500 gutter job is gone. This is the daily reality for contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and every other home service professional who uses Jobber to run their business. You're great at the work. You just can't answer the phone while you're doing it. The problem: leads that never make it into Jobber. Jobber is excellent at managing clients, scheduling jobs, and tracking revenue once a lead is in the system. But getting leads into the system is the bottleneck. Most contractors have the same workflow: * A potential customer calls * The call goes to voicemail (or doesn't get answered at all) * Hours later, you listen to the voicemail and manually type the details into Jobber * You call the customer back - but they've already hired someone else Studies show that 85% of callers who can't reach a business won't call back. They call the next contractor on Google instead. Every unanswered call is a lead that Jobber never gets to see. The solution: AI that answers and syncs to Jobber automatically. AgentIzzy is an AI phone agent that answers your business calls 24/7. It doesn't just take messages - it has a real conversation with the caller, captures everything you need, and now syncs it all directly into Jobber. Here's what happens when a potential customer calls: * Izzy answers immediately - no rings, no hold music, no voicemail * Asks the right questions - what's the problem, where's the property, how urgent is it, when do they want it done * Checks your Jobber schedule - finds available time slots based on your real calendar * Books the job - the caller picks a time, and the client, property, request, and job appear in Jobber within seconds You finish the job you're on, open Jobber, and the new lead is already there - fully qualified, with all the details, and an appointment on your calendar. What gets synced. The integration handles the full lifecycle of a phone lead: * Client: Name, phone number, and email are created as a new Jobber client (or matched to an existing one) * Property: The service address captured during the call * Request: A detailed description of what the caller needs, including urgency * Job: If the caller books an appointment, the job is scheduled on your Jobber calendar No copying from voicemails. No forgetting to follow up. No leads falling through the cracks because you were too busy to type them in. A real scenario. It's 7:30 PM on a Wednesday. Mike runs a three-person plumbing company. His crew finished for the day an hour ago. A homeowner discovers a slow leak under their bathroom sink. They search "plumber near me" and call Mike's business number. AgentIzzy picks up: "Hi, thanks for calling Mike's Plumbing. How can I help you tonight?" The caller explains the leak. Izzy asks about severity (is water actively dripping?), location (which bathroom?), and the property address. The caller wants someone out as soon as possible. Izzy checks Mike's Jobber schedule, sees an opening Thursday morning at 9 AM, and offers it. The caller confirms. When Mike opens Jobber the next morning, the client is created, the property is saved, the request details describe a bathroom sink leak, and a job is scheduled for 9 AM with the customer's address and phone number. All Mike has to do is show up. Setup takes two minutes. Connecting AgentIzzy to Jobber doesn't require API keys, developer tools, or technical knowledge: * Sign in to your AgentIzzy portal * Go to Settings and click Integrations * Click Jobber and sign in with your Jobber account * Authorize the connection That's it. From the next call forward, every lead flows into Jobber automatically. Pricing. AgentIzzy starts at $99/month on the Starter plan for basic AI phone answering. The Jobber integration is included on the Pro plan at $199/month, which also adds SMS conversations, live call transfer, analytics, and the website widget. For most contractors, capturing one or two extra jobs per month more than covers the cost. When a single service call is worth $300 to $3,000, the math is straightforward. Stop losing leads to voicemail. Whether you run a landscaping crew or a plumbing shop, if you use Jobber to run your business, every lead that doesn't make it into the system is invisible revenue you're leaving on the table. AgentIzzy makes sure every caller gets answered, every lead gets captured, and every detail ends up in Jobber - whether you're on a roof, under a sink, or asleep. Try AgentIzzy free and see your first call show up in Jobber automatically.
