  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve day to day issues reported by users based on SLA timelines.
  • Defect fixes and debugging the Issue, Perform day-to-day system maintenance tasks Like Production health.
  • Manage incidents and guide the teammates.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team and level, serve as communication point for involved resources.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop technical and professional skills.
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work on analysis and development when required.
