ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Respond to and resolve day to day issues reported by users based on SLA timelines.
• Defect fixes and debugging the Issue, Perform day-to-day system maintenance tasks Like Production health.
• manage incidents and guide the teammates.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team and level, serve as communication point for involved resources.
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical and professional skills
• Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decisions
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Work on analysis and development when required.
SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Need to Work in Rotational Shifts , On-call responsibilities.
• Performs additional duties as directed.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of Programing Languages Core Java.
• Basic Understanding of databases and SQL.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Internship or project experience is a plus.
