Integration Lead @ HEXAWARE

Requirements

Role requires 7 to 9 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes between applications across cloud and on-premises systems using the Dell Boomi Atmosphere platform, Open API, API Management, and Enterprise Integration Patterns
Strong understanding of data formats such as XML, CSV, EDI, Flat files, and JSON
Good understanding of typical integration technologies and protocols such as HTTP, XML/XSLT, JMS, JDBC, REST, SOAP, Webservices, and APIs
Experience in applying various enterprise integration patterns, error handling, synchronous/asynchronous models, batch models, etc.
Expertise in end-to-end API lifecycle management (designing APIs using Open API, API implementation, API management - proxy, policy, monitoring)
Strong experience in debugging, performance tuning and application security
Strong analytical, team leadership, and technical problem-solving skills
Participation in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support of cross-team integration efforts
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills are mandatory
Holding a valid developer and lead certification is mandatory
Ability to interact with different functional areas with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with other modern integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, IBM Integration, Azure Integration Services, API Management platforms like Apigee, IBM API Management, Kong) is good to have

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications across cloud and on-premises systems using the Dell Boomi Atmosphere platform, Open API, API Management, and Enterprise Integration Patterns
Participate in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post-deployment support of cross-team integration efforts
Debug, performance tune, and ensure application security of integration solutions
Collaborate with different functional areas and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Provide API lifecycle management including designing APIs using Open API, API implementation, and API management (proxy, policy, monitoring)
Troubleshoot integration issues and implement error handling, batch processing, and synchronous/asynchronous patterns as required
Conduct design and code reviews for integration components and ensure quality deliverables
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
Prepare technical documentation and runbooks for support and operations

Desired Qualifications

Experience with other modern integration platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM Integration, Azure Integration Services, API Management platforms (Apigee, IBM API Management, Kong, etc.)
