Job Description:

The position of Identity Operations Analyst on the Identity and Compliance Team of Information Technology Services and Policy is responsible for supporting the identity management processes within University's system of record and to support identity lifecycle for user identities at LSU. The role will focus on identifying, managing, and resolving duplicate identity records across system of records and IAM system.

Job Responsibilities:

Operations: Identify duplicate identities in system of records and IAM platform. Coordinate with stakeholders across functional areas and/or institutions to resolve identity issues. Enhance processes and procedures to reduce duplicate identities. (70%)

Support: Coordinate with other teams (security operations, identity operations, ERP, etc.) to support identity management activities related to user accounts and access issues. (20%)

Other duties as assigned. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment and interacting with user accounts and identities.
