Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial, institutional, or mission-critical projects of similar size and scope.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management. Alternatively, 15 years of documented experience can be substituted for educational requirements.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and tools (Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, etc.).
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for security clearance and access to project documents.
  • Experience in managing multiple project phases, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and maximizing cost savings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project communication and represent the owner’s interests.
  • Work closely with the general contractor, ensuring compliance with the project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design services, third-party inspection teams, and quantity surveying teams for a smooth project flow.
  • Monitor progress on-site and assess field conditions, providing independent evaluations on scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and communicate any changes promptly.
  • Assist in handling project disputes with contractors by preparing correspondence and reports.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed within the specified timelines.
