Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Operations)
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Responsibilities
  • Support the short and long term transition plans for the Talent Acquisition Operations team's global operational systems, tools and processes across the organization which support the overall transition and standup activity
  • Pull and distribute recruiting metrics for internal organizational stakeholders (i.e., HRBP, Recruiters, etc.)
  • Assist with vendor partnerships to create and manage resource strategies, execute project plans and obtain data to support recruitment activities
  • Support system and process optimization sessions with vendors
  • Partner with the HR Reporting & Analytics team to design comprehensive reporting and metrics that provide timely and valuable information for the team
  • Assist with HR Operations team partnerships on potential updates needed to current reporting as systems/tools are being enhanced and upgraded
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Global experience is preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo, BrassRing, ICIMS is preferred
