The Engagement Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall success and quality of customer engagements by leading the LiveRamp Services team as it delivers customer driven valued outcomes from the client’s use of the platform.
The Engagement Manager plays a key role in up-selling value added services to existing clients to ensure customer retention and continued revenue growth.
You will:
- Lead and program manage large-scale services engagements with LiveRamp’s most strategic customers
- Lead cross functional resources to delight our customers with high-quality experience and solutions
- Aligning closely with the Commercial team to own pre-sales activities such as scoping, solutioning, SOW development and project staffing
- Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives
- Act as a lead escalation point the customer
- Outline strategy for the growth of partnership with Fortune 500, enterprise level companies looking to build entire lines of business leveraging our infrastructure
- Work with counterparts in customer success to develop and deliver quarterly business reviews to ensure customer value and roadmap outcome alignment
About you:
- 10+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience delivering consulting services and active involvement in selling professional services to new or existing customers.
- Internally and externally recognized as a business contributor, industry, or product lead/expert.
- Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, emerging business/ industry trends, competitive direction, and product direction.
- Work on issues and projects which have high complexity.
- Leads cross functional teams and mentors others.
- Demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude and ability to engage with architects or SME in pre-sales activities
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence, and experience in working in an advisory role
- Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
